As a start-up, AIM Health didn’t have the budget to advertise in traditional media channels. BMG recommended the company build awareness, reviews and engage with current and future patients using social media. BMG created a digital plan that outlined four key pillars that anchored content into meaningful medical information that would not only be accurate but very shareable. In addition, BMG launched social contests with local business partners to extend the clinic’s reach and to build its email newsletter list. AIM Health gained several five-star reviews and through Facebook advertising, was able to expand the clinic’s exposure beyond its core page audience. BMG created compelling images to share and infographics to explain its concierge model. In the first year of business, the clinic grew and built out a healthy patient base through word-of-mouth generated by their great care and digital presence.
